  4. Severe back pain. Sometimes towards hip.

Severe back pain
I am having severe back pain since last 2-3 days. It gets intense when I lie down, unable to get up without 2 people's help. I can sit at one place and drive etc but need help to get out of the car. Pain is at both left and right sides of my back and sometimes towards hip.

Most probably due to muscle spasm.. Take a course of muscle relaxants.
