  3. Severe back pain. Exact cause for this?

Severe back pain
Hi I am experiencing severe lower back pain numbness in my left leg after riding my bike for more than 1/2 hour also my left hand is going numb after half hour riding. Doctors have prescribed Gabapin tablets but this medicine is making me drowsy. Is there any other way to treat this. What is the exact cause for this?

Back pain with radiating to legs is symptoms of disc prolapse, if it is simple can manage conservative, needs evaluation by clinical examination and investigations like MRI, consult orthopedic surgeon
