Severe back pain and burn feel in urine
Severe back pain with burning sensation while passing urine. It started with clotted blood in urine and drops of blood. Urine report says Pus cells 200-300 Phf and occult blood present .

Get urine culture and sensitivity test done also to know the type of bacteria offending.antibiotic course should be giiben as per culture report along with symptomatic treatment for relief of symptoms
