Severe appetite loss
My son is suffering from severe cough and mild fever .. while we consulted a doctor and gave medicine Crocin for fever and ambrolite s for cough and also syp cetzene..what worries me is that he isn't eating anything from past 2 days .
He has turn pale and has absolutely no energy to do anything. . Any suggestions?

hey, it could be coup, lower respiratory tract infection , viral infection , asthma, since he is pale and weak you better take him to better hospital and do necessary investigation
