I have been going through an extreme mental turmoil since 5-6 months.
I have lost interest in everything.
Facung fatigue, constant anxiety and other health issues.
I was on a dose of etizolam 0.5 but that didnt help much.
Should I consult a psychologist or a psychiatrist further?
