Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please  send photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

So here are your options : Option 1. We can treat the acne with medication for now with a course of antibiotics for about three months and regular use of face wash This should be followed with strict life style changes that include the following a. Avoid dairy and dairy containing products b. Avoid egg and all poultry C. Avoid highly refined sugars such as chocolates and other sweets d. Avoid deep fried oily foods Option 2 You can go for rediofrequencyy microneedling procedures used to treat both acne scars and active acne by gradually shrinking the size of the glands causing the acne. Option 3. Only in women with very severe acne and PCOD endocrinologist start then on hormones to keep the imbalance I. Check due to the PCOD
