Acne & pimples are results of excess oil on face( bcoz of hormonal change or constipation or having oily food in daily life). Along with natural treatment like homoeopathy or ayurveda, you should be strict in diet, wash your face many times by plan water. Avoid any local application( creams ) bcoz it blocks the micro pores of our face which is the big cause of acne also.
