Homoeopathy has great cures according to the constitution of the person. Acne are also a result of lifestyle issues and stress factors. We need to have a good look at that as well. Look up www.sknessentials.com for some natural face washes and some cooling face packs which are herbal and chemical free. They will give you relief .

Acne & pimples are results of excess oil on face( bcoz of hormonal change or constipation or having oily food in daily life). Along with natural treatment like homoeopathy or ayurveda, you should be strict in diet, wash your face many times by plan water. Avoid any local application( creams ) bcoz it blocks the micro pores of our face which is the big cause of acne also.
