I have severe Acne Breakout overnight on my skin. I have important meetings in 2 days and can't have active acne on my face. Can you please suggest some medicines for drying the active acne and the marks/spots.

It can be cleared...Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please  send photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

Chances that your acne and spots clear out in 2 days is very unlikely. However without photos and examination it is difficult to comment on the treatment and expected results
Next Steps
kindly consult a dermatologist
