Several physical issues
RECENTLY I have converted myself from a non vegetarian to a vegetarian and now I am facing several things such as whitening & red dots in tongues, bone issues, sensitivity in teeth . What should I do?? But I am sure that I'll remain a vegetarian for life.

Bone issues: Bone health could be impacted if you’re not getting Enough calcium and vitamin D , which are important For bone density and strength What to do : Calcium: Calcium rich foods fortified plant base milk , almonds, Broccoli, kale , figs Vitamin D : You can get from sunlight and fortified foods Magnesium: Also support bone health found green leafy, nuts , seeds And whole grains 3.
