Iron : add veg include lentils, beans, tofu , spinach,quinoa
And fortified cereals to enhance iron absorption, pair these vitamins C rich foods
Folate :
Found green leafy, legumes, avocados and citrus fruits
Essential for cell growth and regeneration
2. Bone issues:
Bone health could be impacted if you’re not getting
Enough
calcium and
vitamin D , which are important
For bone density and strength
What to do :
Calcium:
Calcium rich foods fortified plant base milk , almonds,
Broccoli, kale , figs
Vitamin D :
You can get from sunlight and fortified foods
Magnesium:

3. Tooth sensitivity:
