Sever Upper back  & neck, shoulder pain
I am software engineer. Age 26. I have upper back pain from last 9-10 month. Sometimes pain is at severe level. Pain is continues. While paining my right and left hand feel numbness. Please suggest me the treatment. And to which specialist should I meet.

Hello, due to your work profile  you must be having upper back pain because of long sitting and stress due to work. Numbness in the leg could be due to nerve compression .
