Sever Infection after kidney transplant
Dear Sir My Father Azmat Ali 58y/M is CKD/DM/HTN/ HYPOTHYROIDISM patient. Patient is kidney transplant recipient. Surgery was done on 16th Jan 2019. He was living carefully and everything was going on good. Regular checkup was being done. All Blood test was good. His creatinine level was set to 1.5, Urea 38-40. But suddenly he got fever 102-104 with low blood pressure 60/40. He got admitted in emergency. After diagnosing Dr. Told us that patient has UTI related sever septic shock. After 10 days of antibiotics course patient discharged in good condition. But after 2 days fever return again 102-104. He admitted again in emergency and again 10 days antibiotic course was done, again patient was discharged in healthy condition. But this time also after 2 days fever came back, and now from last 7 days there is no any improvement in patient's condition. Fever is coming 2 or 3 times daily. Dr. Is giving Polymixin B as antibiotic. Patient has also sever buttock pain. MRI shows inflammation.
