Sever dry cold

Asked for Male, 30 Years

My son is 7 month baby . He got dry cold and now running nose is there . No fever . Coughing and sneezing . No fever . Now not able to go doctor . Can you please suggest some thing . On Monday only can able to go doctor . He is active but looking tired .
