Service dog for POTS?
I think I have POTS - my doctor said "blood pressure tendency to drop with positional changes, stress response" in the last visit summary, but I don't know if that actually counts as a diagnosis. Basically, I randomly go limp, hyperventilate, and sometimes faint. I know that POTS is something that qualifies for a service dog. Do you know what I can do to qualify for a service dog? I have a dog and would like to train him myself, but I'm not sure of the exact process and documentation needed.
