POTS ( Postural orthostatic tachycardia)

I feel like I have symptoms which are similar to POTS. I had covid in march and since then I am having fast heart rate, high blood pressure( 155/96 ), brain fog and frequent headaches. I have consulted cadiologist and general physicians but no one suggested to get tested for POTS. They put me on beta blockers to subside my symptoms.I am having ciplar 40/20 since last 4 months, but after having medicine also my heart rate changes from 80 ( sitting position) to 130 ( just after standing ). Without medicine my heart rate was going up to 150 ( sitting position ). Can anyone please suggest some treatment for this. Also, I don't know at which hospital ( in Bhopal ) I can get this test done. Any suggestions are highly appreciated. I had my ECG done many times but doctors said there is no issue, only the pulse rate is high. 2d echo also did not show any problem.
