My wife has tested light positive line on preganews after 2 days late and then beta hcg levels are 76.79 on next day ie 3 days after late periods Is she pregnant or not ?

Yes she is pregnant but the values donot appear upto the mark You should repeat beta HCG after 48 hours and inform about its value
