Septum bend and swelling
Can't able to breath due to swelling inside the Nose and also bend in septum. I don't have cold cough and headache. Past 6 months am struggling with this.

need to take steam inhalation and nasal sprays. before that need to have detailed scans of sinuses. consult a pulnonologist for the same!
