Septoplasty is a simple nose surge where deviated nasal septum is corrected by incision made inside the nose. Usually it is done under local or general anesthesia. Post operative recovery will take place within a week and usually post operative pain won't be very significant
Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required
