Sensory polyneuropathy of lower limbs
I was B12 deficient . 4 months back it was 200 .Had severe burning pain and pins and needles in both foots. Took nuhenz tablets now B12 is 460 . Symptoms still there but with less intensity . Nerve conduction study showed Sensory polyneuropathy with SUPERFICIAL PERONEAL AND SURAL NERVE SNAP ABSENT ( report attached)  . now prescribed ' HOMIN D' for 3 months. Is it permanent damage or will it improve over time  ? Pls help

it might not fully cure, there may be some residual paresthesias persisting which may be due to the complete damage of the nerve fibres
