Whenever water falls on my teeth i feel the sensitivitiness, even if it touches the teeth i feel the pain

Hello, The pain seems to be a starting stage. If the problem is with cold it is reversible. But if with hot that is irreversible.for reversible desensitivity paste can help.for irreversible u have to go for pulp capping or root canal
