Sensations/ Pulsations at back of head
Whenever i lie down and close my eyes, i sometimes feel pulsation and sudden little dizziness tightness in my back head which come and goes upon breathing in and out, it continues for sometime and eventually settles down. Sometimes i dont feel it at all or Sometimes i feel it while sitting as well, i have Anxiety disorder,my b.p.m usually remains between 80-90 bpm.

do some cervical exercises. could be neck strain due to prolonged bad posture especially in front of computer
