Have went for the semen examination and my report is as below Quantity - 4ml Colour -greyish white Viscosity -thick Liquefaction time - 30 min Sperm count -40 million per ml Motility Active 60% Sluggish 30% Dead 10% Morphology Normal 60% Abnormal 40% Microscopic examination - Pus cells - 0-2 / hpf Rbc's - nil Epithilial -nil

Your semen count is ok and so is the motility n morphology. Nothing to be petrified off we have seen hundred times worse reports. However you need to improve yr semen health. There are some foods which helps the semen health like walnuts, pomegranates, dark chocolates, spinach, banana, garlic etc. include them in yr diet. Please seek an online consultation with a certified competent experienced clinical sexologist at the earliest to improve yr semen health. All the best to u

U have low sperm count and some infection.u will need proper treatment for this .U can consult me privately.
