For the past 2 year I and my wife tired For having Baby but no progress in that, so I tested my semen by self in a Testing lab, I don't know weather my semen analysis report is good or not so pls tell me my analysis report is ok to give birth...

There is infection in the semen and decreased motility You need a course if antibiotics and also 3 months of supplements, and repeat the analysis after 3 months
