Semen analysis / Infection
Hello , recently I got semen analysis test done with an abstinence of 8 days and got to know conc. Was 32 millions, motility was 67 % , but there was foul smell with pus cells around 15 /hpf. Also there was delayed liquefaction for around 1 hr. The technician was indicating the delay in liquefaction , lesser motility and foul smell was due to infection . But I do not have any symptoms of urinary infections like burning micturition . Please advise. Anything to worry.

Better get it treated by medication even der is no symptoms also.
