Self harm. always stressed
Every person who knows a little about what i really thing about the world tells me to go and see a psychiatrist. I self harm. Things that from others prespective are little and harmless goof ups seem like major embarrasment to me. Incidences that happened 20 years ago still make me tensed. Have to keep myself extremely busy so that i dont over think and get into a shell
