Friend in past self harmed now hopeless
Hello my friend who previously self harmed and shows signs of bipolar disorder, is going through a lot of personal stress family, college, career as a dancer, and romance problems. It appears she's reached her final breaking point and has become completely hopeless, unmotivated, distressed. She's admitted to me she needs a therapist, I've listened to her and spoke without judgement but I am unable to get through to her, I can't see her till the 1st January where I plan on taking her to a doctor. What should I do until then? I've told her I will get help for her
