Seeking advice
HPE :- Well differentiated Squamous cell carcinoma, level 1B node +ve. STAGE :- P T2 N1 M0. He under went composite resection and reconstruction, following by adjuant radiation therapy withe external beam photons on a linear accelerator along with weekly 55 mg cisplatin through chemotherapy,he now underwent 4 chemos and he is very weak now, but the doc's are saying to take 6 . chemos in total. is it okay to skip 2 chemos of cisplatin ?(already 4 cisplatin chemos are taken)(he is suffering with vomitings) What are the further proceedings of treatment ? What is the life expectancy for him after this treatment?

You have not shared the final HPE report. However​, surgery followed by chemo-radiotharapy is the most we usually give. There is usually no role for saparate chemo-radiotherapy unless there is an​ inoperable recurrence of cancer.
