Seeking a second opinion on Cellulitis
My grandmother was operated for a condition cellulitis recently and surgeon told us that skin had to be removed as there was no enough blood supply to the leg. Attached are the pictures and it's been a week since the initial surgery was done and they have removed more skin yesterday.I am seeking for a second opinion.Kindly advise us.Thankyou

NSTI a very dangerous n lethal disease u will need multiple debridement n regular dressing VAC n work up regarding arterial supply n many more things to be done at right time for more details do contact.

as you said there is less blood supply to the limb better to get evaluated about the arterial supply to the leg and get tests like Doppler or angiography this says the clear vascularity of the affected limb so if the vascularity get increased then the healing process will be faster
Next Steps

There are some patches still. Few necrotic patches. Vaccum dressing would be better for faster recovery
