My eye power RE -3/-1/170 LE -2/-1.5/180
My vision with glasees is 6/6 in both eye
But without glasses I am seeing multiple overlapping moon in night

Without glasses you will definitely have some visual issues. If with glasses you have sharp vision, then nothing to worry. Continue with glasses.
You should get yourself checked in clinic to rule out any other problem.

As you have Myopic Astigmatism, pl use corrected glasses continuously. Pl consult ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment.
