My wife is currently in 23-24 weeks. Our doct has preferred for physiotherapist for exercise during this week. I want to know is it mandatory or optional. Already she had normal delivery for first child before 5 yrs. So plz give me a valuable suggestion.

Hello. Physiotherapy is not compulsary. The whole idea is to keep her mobile and flexible. She can go for yoga, it will serve the same purpose. Staying active, maintaining correct posture and low impact exercises will also suffice

Hello....... Physiotherapy is not absolute necessary in normal pregnancy.. She just has to walk and move her limbs actively.. She shouldn't lead a sedentary life that is the whole concept.. So brisk walking is sufficient... Consult another gynaecologist if you are not satisfied.....
