Of course you can conceive despite hypothyroidism and diabetes. 1. Take care that your thyroid hormone levels and blood sugar levels are in normal range. 2. Do not miss your medication. 3. Get your self investigated before you start planning. 4. Inform your gynaecologist regarding your condition. All the best.

Do your regular thyroid function. Take medicine as advised by your physician  . Follow your physician for blood sugar control also. Keep your weight in normal range. There will be no problem because of these two if under control.
