My father aged had suffered heart attack 10 years ago Present LVEF is 28 % Average BP 120/70 Average Pulse  70 Average Sugar Fasting 110 Average Sugar Random 130 Average O2 97-98 Present medication is As Tab Cidmus 50 MgBD Tab Brilinta 60 Mg BD Tab Ativas 40 Mg OD Tab Oxra 10 Mg OD My main concern is Tab Cidmus 50 he is ok with medicine but occasionally have light headedness Any alternative to Tab Cidmus 50 Previously he was on Tab Telmisartan 20 mg but treating cardiologist changed the medicine citing reason that it is not safe to take this during covid

If he is tolerating cidmus then continue.. Otherwise you can change over... Cidmus improve heart pumping capacity, but treatment of a person also to be considered
