There is a lot of missing information with your concern.
Kindly consult a clinical psychologist (RCI Licensed) to take your detailed case history and finding the root cause to such complicated issues.
Also, I'm unable to figure out what exactly PBD and PCOD means as abbreviation are used in certain context. Please mention full form whenever you are consulting online.
See medicines are ok to take. But most important is getting Therapy. Psychological exercises and therapy methods helps reducing anxiety and depression. We have clients with severe anxiety issues who have started getting Therapy and improving now at good levels. Try it
Hi... Please consult a Psychiatrist you can trust as it is very important in the treatment of mental health conditions. I know some good psychiatrists in Bangalore and I can share contacts. Take second opinion in a face-to-face consultation and not through an online query. Medications are prescribed based on symptoms and after taking proper medical history and assessment. No advice on medications is useful via online query. Also, please consult a Psychologist for Counselling/Psychotherapy. It is an integral part of the treatment process, especially in case of anxiety, depression, suicidal ideations, etc. A combination of therapy and medication works well in such cases.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychiatrist for a second opinion on medications/diagnosis.
Consult a Psychologist for Counselling/Psychotherapy.
CBT along with Lifestyle Changes and Interpersonal Guidance and Counselling is required.
