Second opinion advise for surgery
Hi
I'm 24 years old
My ENT specialist advised me surgery for removing adenoids and correction of nose bone
At the moment I'm having symptoms of
Ear ringing on the right ear and
Mouth breathing esp at night
Nasal blockage
Congestion on nose with green phlegm and some bad smell
Nasal endoscopy was done and result As follows in attached pic
Doctor has advised surgery for the adenoids blocking right side of nose and nose bone issue
Pls advise if surgery is only option
