Second Double Marker test on 12wks 2days
Dear Doctors,
Please advice us about the report as PAPPA MoM level decrease from previous dual marker test. As 11wks 6 days PAPPA MoM level was 1.1 then 12 wks 2 days is 0.72. Please advice how to recovered from that. Both report attached.

Both have different values as per growth of fetus. It changes with gestational age. There are lots of criterias to calculate all details. U shall not worry.
