I have wounded my scrotum when i fell from my bicycle and the wound is not healing instead it is producing some amount of puss..it has been a week..can you suggest a medicine to heal the wound

HELLO, PROPER CLEANING WITH BETADIN SOLUTION N APPLY LOCALLY BETADIN+FUCIDIN OINTMENT LOCALLY TWO TIMES A DAY. ORALLY TAB SIGMOFALM TWO TIMES A DAY AFTER FOOD FOR THREE TO FIVE DAYS. TAB AUGMENTIN 625 TWO TIMES A DAY AFTER FOOD FOR THREE TO FIVE DAYS. PLENTY OF LIQUIDS. LIGHT DIET. OK.
