Asked for Male, 20 Years

What are the symptoms for increased size of scrotum/testes with fluid? I am having a pea size something in right groin area between thigh region. I firstly observed this on left side about 4 5 months ago after doing pushups and i am feeling like if some water/bubble like something is released with high pressure inside scrotum sometimes. I am currently undergoing homeopathic medicine for constipation and some liver medicine is also included in it. Please suggest me best possibe medication.
