Scrotum skin infection
Sir ,before 13years my brother doing work in factory then he get skin infection all over  body then he was use my soap but I don't know ,I know after used and I get chotasa Shana on my thighs and then I get wet on my under part of my scrotum where low chance of ventilation,then I use medicated soap from medical store then it spread all over the scrotum basically I am shy person,so iam delay to show doctor,then I selected in army ,then went to skin specialist,he advice fluconazole weekly one for one month,its not cure,then he advised again fluconazole for weekly one for one month,then it cure 50 percent and where chotasa dhana tha that blast and get small holes ,then the time I went to army ,and I show in army of general doctor,unfortunatly he stands me 7 feet distance and give me Vaseline and till know I have problem.now I have small dhana on my scrotum and these dhana look just under the skin and look like there is no problem but i have it so please tell me solution and give solution
