Wet Skin Peeling on scrotum
My brother has a long time complaint of Skin peeling on scrotum, skin not being dry. He keeps himself relaxed with application of Betnovate C. But the irritation doesnt go away and it irritates him a lot. Now, since last 2 days he has been detected with Dengue NS 1. And the medicines prescribed to him are generating a lot of heat in his body which has not only created ulcers in mouth and throat but also triggered the Skin Peeling problem in scrotum a lot due to lot sweat. Please suggest what exactly the matter is and how to get rid of this Skin peeling issue, having the dengue treatment in parallel. Do we need to reach out to any specialized doctor for this?

Problem is worsened by Betnovate C application. It is a strong steroid based cream which is not supposed to be used without the prescription or guidance by qualified Dermatologist. Anyways it was not to be used in that area at all. His skin has become dependant on Betnovate cream now and he needs long term treatment to get out of this problem.
Next Steps
Visit a qualified Dermatologist for examination and further management.  It may take lot of time to cure him of this condition so just be patient to see the positive results.
Health Tips
Stop further application of Betnovate C completely and follow treatment given by the dermatologist properly.
