Scrotum Angiokerotoma

Asked for Male, 35 Years

There are many red/black spots on my both testicles. I checked once with the doctor they said its Angiokerotoma and they advice me its not harmful. You can keep it like this. I am bit worried does it create any issue or not near future ? How can this be completely remove what is medicine or process, how much it cost. I am not feel comfort with this.
