Dear doctor my kid age is 2yrs she is watching cartoon more time daily 4hrs every meal if tv is there she will eat otherwise no We tried many ways but not happend good Is that fine giving that much screentime!! Note : she is very good skills and perfect development by day by day she is talking walking everything is very good as expected and her IQ also extraordinary

First u have to sit with him without watching mobile or tv, while eating u should accompany him, talk to him on some day to day activities while on dinner table will Also help Start feed him at dinner table only The children learn what they see around them

No 4hrs screen time is not acceptable for a 2 year old. Meal time should be with family. Everybody eating together while interacting with the child curbs screen time. Decrease it slowly by half an hour every day, encourage playtime and other activities
