No 4hrs screen time is not acceptable for a 2 year old.
Meal time should be with family. Everybody eating together while interacting with the child curbs screen time.
Decrease it slowly by half an hour every day, encourage playtime and other activities
Screen time should be less than 1 hr try only for 30 min, stop child un-necessary demands
Try to give food by playing with baby
Try to give from ur plates
