I have had a scratch on my head with a rusted metal. It was minor scratch and I had small bleeding. It's been 4 days. I have not taken a tetanus injection after it. Am I too late? What risks I have now because of the delay. My last shot was 2 years back. As a kid, I don't remember getting any tetanus shots. Please advise
