First i was using fusidic acid cream 1 month on my sclap but not healed problem now i am using topisal 6% but feeling redness is their any side effect after using this if not should i continue or discontinue First pick is after one month and second pick is today pick

Don't use by own. It has side effects. Also at present what you have developed is bacterial infection in term of folliculitis which needs antibiotics course. Detail history is needed to prescribe treatment.
