Sciatica problem
I had back pain in starting and the pain was not going away so I did m.r.i. At the behest of the doctor, I have got a disc in the MRI report and because of that I have sciatica and because of sciatica I have If there is pain in the waist and leg, then what is the solution for it, what is the treatment to eliminate it from the root?

Sciatica pain is usually because of prolapsed intervertebral disc...based on how much compression is there management differs....for mild to moderate compression it can be very well managed with medications and physiotherapy...for severe compression usually epidural steroid injections and surgical procedures like discectomy are required
