Sciatica pain so bad can't sleep

I have sciatica and my doctor say they can't help me ...IV have tried nerotin ...It hurts to walk and lay down...I don't have a credit card ..This hurts so bad I'm in tears IV had this for a week now ...And started four years ago after my last baby...Heat pad don't work or cold compress...Some one help me I'm to the point of going to er

Hello there. I can understand your concern. Sciatica pain usually subsides as time goes by. Since you are from other country, I cannot really prescribe you anything.
