I've had two manic depressive episodes which have evolved into psychosis. I recently had an episode 5 months back. I feel like I'm cognitively impaired, I've trouble remembering things and feel lethargic all the time. I'm about to start my MBA in July. I've been on medication for three months but now I'm off them. I really need some tips to feel normal like other people. This condition is deteriorating my quality of life.
