Can you explain breaks and tears to the skin, muscle, and bone? Also, can you please state your name and profession so that I have a source of reference? Thank you so much for taking the time to read this, I know you're busy and your work in public service is much appreciated!

Hi ! Break anywhere in the body is related to two things: overuse or poor quality or tissue. Other reasons may be several but are usually uncommon. I am an orthopaedic surgeon and would tell u that muscle and bone are connective tissues and breaks are mostly associated with either over work/exercise or poor quality.
