What to do with schmorl's node... It is in d10 and l1 and l2 not typical one but one like spike... How to cure it

Nothing serious about schmorl's node... They're protrusions of disc into adjacent vertebrae.. They suggest minor degenetive changes... Most of the times it's nothing harmful to the disc n vertebrae... Very rarely it can cause inflammation.. Leading to pain..
