Schizophrenia to my mom
My mom sees things and talks which are not there. She doubts everyone including her sons and sister etc. even She won't come with her sons to hospitals as she believes they (Doctor ) will kill her. can it be cured? If not any suggestions?

Hello there... I understand your concern and feeling towards your mother health condition...these bizzare delusions happens due to chemical imbalance in the brain... It can be treated properly with certain medications which correct that imbalance and make your mother thinking normal...but it will not happen overnight its a gradual process... And treatment and prognosis depends upon the type of schizophrenia as well... Consult nearest psychiatrist they will do the needful
