Schizophrenia patient off meds
My mother diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia 20 years back has stopped her meds and refuses to see doc, making life hell for all of us..She is 67 and feels rest of the world has to take meds and nothing is wrong with her..She does not listen to us or any other elder family member..Not sure what to do..Is there anyway we can help her?

Felt bad that your mother and you are facing trouble.
I have to clarify one thing right away i.e she needs to be on medication to control her symptoms.
At this age comorbid problems might furthur worsen her condition.
