hi ! you have mentioned that you were diagnosed with SCHAMBERGS disease few yrs ago. and also your are under cardiac drugs due to AVR (and you didnot mention your age). its better not to go for treatment for schambergs disease as it is not just a skin disorder but a blood disorder, where rbc get affected and escape in to periphery i.e to skin from circulatory system i.e blood vessels. if teatment is given for schambergs disease, it may have affect your heart ending in futher more complications.
you can go for some temporary treatment if you have any symptoms like passive bleeding which is generally rare.
Health Tips
have more of fruits like pomogranate and vegetables like beetroot and carrot regularly, it builds strength in the blood vessels and heart.
